Hello everybody, I hope you all had a great holliday weekend.  Just an update on Donna and Sadie Sue.  Donna is still in the hospital.  She is still having headaches which are controlled by a little medicine.  She is hoping to go home today sometime Lord willing. 

She has been moved from the Neuro-ICU to a regular room.  She has not walked for two weeks, so her muscles are very week.  She said she could only take baby steps before today.  Today she speaks of walking to the window and checking out the great view from the second floor of the Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.

Sadie Sue, however, is not so good.  Memorial Day will be a reminder to us all of Sadie Sue.  She had to be put to sleep this day.  We love you Donna and Ken.  You are all in our prayers. 

I heard Joyce last week talking about bad luck going in threes, well Donna being sick was supposed to be the third thing.  I just wonder?  Does that mean that there will be two more things going wrong?  Bah.  We do not need anymore bad luck.  Maybe the fender bender was not really one of the three.
