Author Contract
This contract, between the parties God Chaser Online Magazine and ________________________(author) when signed below by the parties, has been entered into as a legally binding agreement with regard to the use of the Author's story/poem entitled _______________________ by God Chaser Online Magazine.
1. The Author grants, assigns and transfers to God Chaser Online Magazine the following rights to the story/poem.
Non-exclusive electronic rights to publish the story/poem from the date of God Chaser Online Magazines acceptance for the publication until ninety days counted from the original publication on the God Chaser Online Magazine website. Upon expiration of the ninety day period, the Author may request the removal of the story/poem from the website.
2. The Author understands that there is no payment for submitted articles/poems.
Unless otherwise specified, God Chaser Online Magazine is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Author.
3. The Author certifies that the following statements are true:
A. The Author is the sole author of the story/poem, and owns the rights to which God Chaser Online Magazine is using through this contract.
B. The Author has full power and authority to agree to the terms of this Contract and to grant, assign and transfer the rights granted herein.
C. The story/poem does not contain any scandalous, libelous, defamatory, or unlawful matter.
