If you are going to buy a mobile phone on eBay, NEVER buy it outside of eBay, ALWAYS pay with Paypal (western union is unsafe for paying people you don't know). Italy is a Hotspot for mobile phone fraud, with people wanting you to pay for mobile phones via Western Union. Report a seller who matches the description. [email protected]
