EBAY IS AT IT ONCE AGAIN!

Here's another story by someone who was screwed over by both an eBay seller and the staff.
"I was recently burned on eBay for the first time, and I have been a
member for about 2 years. I bid on and won a cute suit from
seller 'ourcoollittlestore'. The auction was over on 5/13, I paid
5/14 via Paypal. About 9 days later, I got an email from the seller
requesting payment. I forwarded to her my payment receipt from
Paypal, and asked when my item would be shipped. I got no answer. A
week later, I sent another request, which went unanswered. After
almost 4 weeks, I sent an email requesting my money back, and sent a
request for payment by paypal, which the seller cancelled. She
refused to refund my money, and assured me that the item was being
sent out the very next day, and promised to email me tracking info.
Nothing. I have sent several emails since, none have been answered,
and I have left negative feedback. She has been suspended, finally,
and has apparently done this to several other people. So, if you see
a Seller or Buyer on eBay with the name Janis O'Connell from
Snellville, GA., or A Yard Sale, Inc. BEWARE! She's a fraud, a
thief, and a scam artist. My auction wasn't worth enough to file a
claim with eBay so I am just screwed. I will be very wary from now
on."
Will eBay EVER stop? I think not at this point because they just keep screwing up! I personally don't think they will EVER learn to run that business right until someone comes and puts the weight on them or shuts them doe for good. I sure hope they do get what's coming to them before more victims get tangled up in their web of deceit.
