July 13, 1998-- We leave for Honolulu for the first leg of Regine Velasquez's and Pops Fernandez's "Queens of Pop" West Coast concert tour of the USA that will take us to San Francisco, Reno, and Pasadena. Music Director--Lorrie Ilustre with Cezar Aguas, Nino Regalado, Marvin Querido, Babsie Molina, Kitchy Molina, Sylvia Macaraeg and me of course!
July 17, 1998--Regine Velasquez's concert at The Blaisdell Arena to a multitude of shrieking fans. Opening for her were Olivier Jodloman and the fantastic singing group, Forte.
July 25, 1998--The second leg of "Queens of Pop" at The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco commences to a much more packed venue. Opening for them were Fatima Yusuf and the phenomenal Fil-Am singing group Kai.
August 8, 1998--The last leg of "Queens of Pop" at The Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Los Angeles, California. We played to an SRO crowd and what a crowd! There were some 300 people that had to go home because there were no more tickets...Awww....
August 28, 1998--Opening of the newly renovated Siete Pecados at The Westin Philippine Plaza Hotel with Asia's Songbird, Regine Velasquez in a mini-concert finale after stellar performances by Rachel Alejandro, Marco Sison, Geneva Cruz, Ric Segreto and Hajji Alejandro. Emcee was the wacky Arnel Ignacio who sang a couple of songs as well.

May 14-September 20, 2004--I am joining the Sun Princess Cruise Ship and will have the Bass chair for their Alaska Cruise season. We dock at the ports of Vancouver, Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, pass by Glacier Bay, College Fjord and dock lastly at Whittier, then turn around and do the same thing all over again. It sure is better than being a security guard. MD/Bandmaster is Brian Murrel and I am the only Filipino in an all-American/Canadian band, and they are all great guys and great players.
