Whole Wheat- Banana Pancakes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 egg, lighty beaten

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl , stir well. Combine the milk and next 3 ingredients, stirring untill smooth.
Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet. Turn pancakes when tops ate covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Yield; 9 (4-inch) pancakes(about 92 calories each)
