| Hot Chicken Salad |
| 6 cooked chicken breasts, deboned and cut up 2 tablespoons fine cut onion 2 cans cream of chicken soup - undiluted Mushrooms, slivered almonds or pimento (optional) 2 cups raw celery 1 1/2 cups mayonaisse 1 box seasoned crutons (your choice) Mix all ingredients, save 1/2 cup of raw celery and 1/4 box seasoned crutons for the top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 40 minutes. If celery gets too brown, cover. Serves 8. |
