| Broccoli Casserole |
| 2 pkg. frozen broccoli casserole (or 1 bunch fresh) 1 t. salt 1/2 c. margaring or buttersalt and pepper to taste 1 cello stack Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese Cook chopped broccole according to directions. Drain and set aside. Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan and add crackers. In another saucepan. melt together 1/4 cup butter and the cheese, stirring constantly. Add cheese mixture to broccoli, stirring together with salt and pepper. Put in casserole and top with cracker mixture. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. |
