Teen Expo organizers have confirmed that this years big act headlining the Teen Expo on May 26th at the Ottawa City Hall will be Wide Mouth Mason. rubbish is extremely looking forward to playing on the same stage as such a well renouned Canadian Act so come and check them out at 6pm!
Also in show news, rubbish has been selected as an alternate act for the Capital Music Conference. This means that should one of the bands scheduled to play drop out rubbish may take their place in this prestigious show.
On a sadder note, rubbish has broken ties with local management business bigB productions. No comments have been given as to what happened, but rubbish maintains they are still on good terms with the production label and will continue to work on and off with Kirk and the label in the future. rubbish wishes Kirk and the rest of the bigB team the best of luck!

rubbish has confirmed the Teen Expo show Saturday, May 26th. The show will be at the new Ottawa City Hall (110 Laurier), and rubbish will take the stage at 6pm right after Pangaea. Also featured on the bill will be Midday Blackout, 1000lb. Larry, Plush, and a top secret BIG-time Canadian act (recall that last year I Mother Earth played). Ticket prices have not yet been announced. This show is rubbish's first ALL AGES show in 3 months so come out and support them!

rubbish has confirmed a show at Babylon on Monday, May 21st (Victoria Day) with Low Income. This show is NOT an all ages show, but rather a 19+. Also featured on the bill will be the Ted Danson Project and The Super Fishels.
Pat, Chris, and Ryan will also be performing at Mother Teresa's annual variety show. Pat will be featured on acoustic guitar as Chris and Becky Abbott perform "Romeo and Juliet", while Ryan will also be featured on acoustic guitar for his side project factor 8 during their acoustic set.
Updates on the site include the guitar chords for pretty much all of "Us Against The World", and a few bass tabs.
