After hours of research, and about 900 egg rolls, we have decided on King Buffet of Cookeville. They are located at 864 S. Jefferson Avenue in the former Ponderosa building. If you love Chinese food like we do, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. |

| When you enjoy a meal at King Buffet, you do not have to worry about cold food or inedible lumps of MSG laden glop. Everything is hot and fresh and delicious. During our recent visit, we did our best to sample a little of everything and be as objective as possible. King Buffet goes the extra mile to make your dining experience pleasant. You will find all your old familiar favorites on this buffet, along with some really nice surprises. They offer very good versions of dishes such as Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein, Broccoli & Beef, Crab Rangoons, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Egg Rolls. |
| We also recommend that you try the Coconut Shrimp, General Tso�s Chicken, Mongolian Barbecue, and Spicy Frog Legs. Yeah, you read that correctly. We said Spicy Frog Legs.
