| HISTORY |
| Back around the end of '98, to the middle of '99, Jim and Rocky started getting together to Jam in Rocky's basement. This of course was after developing their own personal styles. They both had very similar tastes in musical styles. During the summer of 99', Ryan moved from West Palm Beach, Florida, to Granby, Connecticut. By the middle of the school year, the future members had all met. Ryan had developed his own solo style over the past 4 years. Mostly self taught, but with some help from short term teachers, his style was based on riffs and interpretations from various songs and styles ranging from rock and blues to jazz and even hip hop. Bob had been trained in classical guitar, but had a feel for playing bass. It was a plus for the band to have a bassist who was also skilled in guitar. He adds depth in his Bass lines to the complicated rythmn progressions of the band. After becoming comfortable blending each others personal styles, the four met up with Chris. It was a perfect match to the developing sound. The following day he was asked to join the band, and in his own words was ''amazed that such talented musicians would want him to join their Group''. Chris had not only grown into a solid vocalist, but also a very notable guitarist. Without any one member in this band, we would not be complete. We are not only a band of very determined musicians, but without a doubt a band of extremely close friends. From Rocky's flawless percussion, to the Bass/Rhythm/Lead guitar techniques of Jim, Bob and Ryan, to the vocal range and guitar work of Chris, it's obvious that we are a band fully deserving of respect and noteriety. And the rest of course, well, it's history. |
