HELMET
We started with a Don Post Boba Fett helmet.  But to make this helmet look authentic to the movies, it needed some alterations.  The visors on the "stock" helmets consist of a flimsy tinted eyepiece and a large solid plastic piece, which forms the "T" shape.  But as you can see from this picture, we have removed them and sanded the inside edges smooth.  We then added a solid, one-piece, T-shaped clear Lexan plastic visor section, using epoxy to secure it into place.   For the dark tint on the visor, we used automotive window tinting film.
For added detail and comfort when wearing the helmet, Brian painstakingly cut out each of the six ventilation slots in the back of the helmet using a Dremel tool.
