| We welcomed a new addition to our farm on Monday, 05/03/04 @ 11:30 a.m. Sonnet, our blue roan mare, gave birth to a lovely little filly. She is a solid with a perfect white triangle on her forehead. Although, she looks black right now, I believe she will be a blue roan just like her dam. We are so excited! This is our first filly in 3 years! Mom and daughter are both doing fine, and getting acquainted with each other. Look for pictures soon... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| A second foal was born on Wednesday, the 5th. Another filly! She arrived at about 9:45 a.m. right out in the nursery paddock. She is a nicely colored bay pinto, with a bald face. She is a little sweetheart, just like her mom, and we are extremely pleased. Great job, Alley and Rocket! I will be getting pictures up soon. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We had another foal Friday the 7th, @ 8:45 a.m. Another filly! She was born right outside, and both she and her mom, Velamint, are doing fine. She is a buckskin pinto, and is absolutely adorable. | Arrived Monday, April 28th at 11:15 a.m., a colt from our buttermilk buckskin mare, and our smokey stallion. We have not officially named him yet; but are calling him "Hawke". He has beautiful light eyes, and is a very friendly little guy. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
