| Date: 5/2/03 - 5/3/03 Time: Arrival 9:45pm 5/2 - Departure 10am 5/3 Investigator: Krystee B. Location: Bijou Theater Weather: clear new moon night Other Investigators Present: Barbara, Crystal, Holly, Lori , Amy & Trish Equipment: one electric doll, six two way radios, one amplified listening device, two toy cars, baby powder, batteries, three flashlights, one Olympus digital camera, one toy keyboard, food, clothing & toiletries. Video Tapes: 0 Thermometer: 0 Phenomena Witnessed By Investigator: 5/2/03 Upon my arrival we did a general walkthrough of the building, taking photos as we went. As we entered the basement I set up experiment number one -- the doll & keyboard (to attract a child spirit). Lori & Crystal set up the video camera to capture any activity as a result of the experiment. We headed back up to the stage to discover Barb's odd experience. We continued with a general walkthrough and on the fourth floor I set up experiment number two -- the cars surrounded by a circle of baby powder to see if either would be touched. Afterward, we congregated in the lobby for a break. Around 1am Lori , Crystal & Barbara depart for the evening, leaving only two living people remaining. I set up a Radio Shack tape recorder with external microphone on the second staircase pointing towards the third floor then proceeded to the auditorium to meet up with Holly. We sat in the auditorium chatting friendly with one another and any possible ghosts which might have been there . Around 1:20am Holly approached the stage & just before she set her hand on the stage she said "Hello" -- two loud knocks replied from the rear left of the stage. Startled, I realized the sound came from the backdrop used by the KSO. We sat in there til 2am seeing a few odd movements of things out of our peripheral vision then went upstairs to retreive the tape. After doing so I took the tape to the auditorium for Holly & I to listen to. We were hopeful with what we did get to hear that night. At 2:45am I set up the tape recorder on the stage . Being very tired and drained, Holly leaves & I set out my sleeping gear to try to get some sleep. At 3am as I am dozing off I hear the sound of a vacuum cleaner being turned on & used -- this lasted 5-10 minutes or longer and I fell asleep to that sound. At 3:30am I am awakened by an icy cold presence poking me in the side. I tried to ignore it & said aloud "I need to get some sleep" . Minutes later I feel the blanket beside me being pushed down & turned my head enough to witness the pillow being pushed down slowly. I didn't feel threatened nor was I molested so I went back to sleep. At 4am I dream of the shadow of a girl telling me to wake up, she is extremely frightened. I wake and hear the sound of two bums talking loudly. Panicking and worried that they may have gotten inside, I go to see where they are. I find them standing in the entrance-way outside the lobby. I return to my bed then wake again around 7:55am to the sound of a door closing and someone walking up the stairs. I wake up to investigate & go for coffee. I went up to the third floor where I met a kind gentleman who works for Knox-Heritage who offers me a cup of coffee & company for the morning. For the record, he says he has never experienced anything paranormal during the time that he has worked there. I borrowed his cup then made my way to the stage to check on the tape that was recorded there. I discover a coffee pot in the dressing room & after brewing a very strong pot I sit down with the headphones and review the tape that was recorded on the stage.
