Bill and Daphne Foster have served in church ministries as missionaries to Australia since 1973. They have two children, Christi and William.

Bill grew up in Michigan and gave his life to Christ at Hastings campground when he was a young child.  At age six, Daphne was led to the Lord by her parents who attended a Christian and Missionary Alliance church in Rochester, New York.  They met at Houghton College where Bill earned a B.A. degree.  Following their marriage, the Fosters pastored a Wesleyan church in Williamston, Michigan.  In 1973, Bill earned an M.A. degree from Wheaton Graduate School and was ordained before he and Daphne immigrated to Australia.

The Fosters have pioneered two Wesleyan churches in Melbourne, Victoria, and lectured at Kingsley Bible College.  They also founded the Club Solo, an interdenominational ministry for single Christian adults.  Bill has been widely used as a youth evangelist in Australia and New Zealand.  They have initiated, organized, and directed national youth camps, as well as retreats for men and women.  Since 1996, the Fosters have been church planting in Adelaide, South Australia.
