During the first 6 weeks the team sacrificed conditioning for learning and their record was an even 6-6 with 39 goals for and 39 goals against. Since the Halifax Hawks tournament the team has gone 19-5-1 scoring 91 goals and allowing only 36 against. In 16 of those games the team had 1 goal against 8 times and recorded 8 shutouts. Of the five losses 4 were by a single goal and the other was by 2 goals. The team can contribute that success to hard work, disciplined play and never taking their opponent for granted. This team plays as a team and realizes that one player, one line won't win championships; it takes heart and desire and a total team effort.
