November 6, 2003 Practices Every Tuesday evening. There will be an off ice session starting at 6:15. Please be there on time! This is the arrival time until further notice. Ice time is 7:15 - 8:15. Money Don't forget to give Alan or Ginny your hockey fees in case you have not already done so. Please make cheques payable to Alan Warner. Rep fees of $100 are due by Nov 15. Team Fees of an additional $150 are also due. Please pay the first $50 by Nov 15 as well. Schedule TBA Medical Forms You will be receiving a medical form to be filled out on your child. Please fill it out and return to Alan or Ginny as soon as possible. We will have the completed forms at every game - in case of an emergency. Contact list Attached is a contact list for the team. Please review your entry and let us know if there are any further changes. Jersey Number We don't have a final listing of the number that each boy will have on his jersey.
