• MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Read, correction to Nov 26, 2002 BANTAM HOUSE ICE-PRACTICE TIME section noted. See approved minutes.
• NEW BUSINSS:
• FINANCIAL: no changes
• CANTEEN: Fryer has been replaced, filters were cleaned, high school games are profitable, new register is in place. The challenge is to provide accountability without "work overload".
• INFO FLOW: e-mail, bulletin board, phone-tree, use of division heads to pass on messages.
• WEB SITE: We will publish abbreviated minutes.
• POLICY MANUAL: Coaches & player selection appendix to be added.
• 50/50 DRAW: A procedure package has been prepared for teams and is being distributed.
• ADJOURNED: 9:20
