RE: CANTEEN AT GLOOSCAP ARENA

 

East Kings Minor Hockey Association (EKMHA) is interested in the possibility of taking over management of the Canteen facility in Glooscap Arena.

 

We believe the presence of a canteen facility, with hot food and drinks and a warmer space, is very important to hockey participants, visiting teams, parents, as well as to other arena users.  It should not be allowed to become a "thing of the past". 

 

Could you please advise us of costs (food, utilities, staffing); training and other considerations we should be aware of while studying the feasibility of taking this on?
