Although we knew that we were one of the top 2 teams, it seemed clear that Jon's team had reached the Shopping Center before we had. It turns out that they had also gone into San Jose and used a 45-minute clue before solving the puzzle.

We filled out the correct answers to the quiz:
1. b (Paraguay)
2. a (Peanut factory)
3. d (Marilyn Manson)
4. e (Keats)
5. c (Mr. Slugworth)

We needed to go back to the Main Quad of Stanford to get wireless so we could solve a few of these clues. We noticed that a different letter had been the correct answer each time, so we knew that our next destination would probably have the order BADEC.

Our initial notes say, "Hot dog, alien, keep right, girl, red house." That got us nowhere. I knew that the alien appeared on an ABC One Saturday Morning cartoon, but I couldn't remember his name. We couldn't find him online, either. We also didn't know the name of the girl on the far right, so I called GC, who told me that her name was Hannah, and all of the images besides "house" decoded into names.

After saying synonyms of "hot dog" for a while, I came up with "Frank." So, we had Frank ____ ____ Hannah House. B-Smak cried, "Hanna House!" Game Control confirmed that we should go to the Hanna House near the Stanford campus. I later remembered that the alien's name was Lloyd, and the "Keep Right" sign deciphered into Wright... the Hanna House was designed by famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
