This isn't the entire map, but it's everything you need for the purposes of the game (with some extra stuff thrown in just for fun). Scanning takes a long time. The map on the bottom is all connected in the real game, my scanning just happened not to line up correctly. The word "front" was added by me, it's not a clue. Here's a list of the points, in case you can't see their actual locations very well:
Point 1 - Lime Point (just north of the Golden Gate Bridge)
Point 2 - Strawberry Hill (in Golden Gate Park)
Point 3 - Martin Luther King Park and Dog Park (in Sausalito)
Point 4 - Japanese Cultural and Trade Center (downtown)
Point 5 - The baseball diamond in 3Com Park (in Candlestick Point State Recreation Area)
Point 6 - Near the corner of 13th Street and Avenue E (on Treasure Island)
Point 7 - The bend in Yerba Buena Road (on Yerba Buena Island)
Point 8 - The middle of the Golden Gate Bridge
Point 9 - San Francisco National Cemetery - Veterans Affairs (in the Presidio)
Point 10 - San Francisco General Hospital (downtown)
Point 11 - Washington Square (downtown)
Point 12 - Glen Canyon Park (near Diamond Heights)
Point 13 - Ayala Cove (next to Angel Island)
Point 14 - Between the Federal Building and Civic Center BART Station (downtown)
Point 15 - The stadium of San Francisco State University
Point 16 - The middle of Buena Vista Park (downtown)
Point 17 - The middle of Alcatraz Island
Point 18 - The upper end of Sunset Reservoir (in the Sunset district)
Point 19 - Cow Palace (in Brisbane)
Point 20 - Peninsula Point (in Belvedere)
