Season playoffs Cox boys win a wild one over PA, Braunstein's 2nd half score notches girls victory over FC May 16, 2008 BOX SCORES: Girls - Cox 1, First Colonial 0 Boys - Cox 3, Princess Anne 2 Both Cox Falcon soccer teams became the fifth teams in their respective brackets to qualify for the 2008 Eastern Region Soccer Championships Friday night at Ocean Lakes High School. The Falcon girls defeated First Colonial 1-0 with a 52nd minute goal by Kara Braunstein. In the boys match, Cox responded well from a 20-minute lightning delay, coming from a 1-0 deficit and holding off Princess Anne 3-2. Ties atop both the Beach District boys and girls soccer standings during the regular season forced a regular season championship doubleheader one night after regular season competition concluded. WIth the wins, the Falcons earn the Beach's #1 seeds at both the District Tournament and the Eastern Region Championships.
