Game Summary

Michigan then countered with a 70 yard touchdown pass from Drew Henson to Anthony Thomas to make the score 7-9.
On Michigan's next possession, Henson completed a 22 yard pass to David Terrell to move Michigan to the Ohio State 21.  Drew Henson was then able to find David Terrell in the end zone for a 21 yard touchdown pass which made the score 14-9.  In the third quarter, Drew Henson threw a 32 yard bomb to Terrell in the left corner of the end zone to make the score 21-12.  Later in the same quarter, Michigan takes a commanding 31-12 lead when Julius Curry intercepts a Steve Belisari pass and run 50 yards for a Michigan touchdown.  However, Ohio State does not give up as the Buckeyes score two quick touchdowns to make the score 31-26 in favor of Michigan.  Ohio State is able to get the ball back after a Michigan punt with a chance to take the lead, but Michigan holds the Buckeyes on downs at the OSU 19.  From there Michigan was able drive 19 yards for a touchdown with Henson scoring from one yard out to make the final score 38-26.  On the day Henson was 14-25 for 303 yards and three touchdowns.  The Wolverines where out rushed by Ohio State 149 to 86 on the afternoon, but held the edge in passing yards 303 to 251.
