| We are the birth place of mystery, romance and legend. This has often been said of the East. For this reason our dance group has made a career of focusing on the distinctiveness and uniqueness of the East in all our creative endeavors. We labor to transmit our traditions and culture faithfully without alteration. It is in this way that our dance group has found the unique flavor of their art, unique in their genre. We are at present still evolving and enriching our art. We take great pain to maintain our heritage and to promote and to advance understanding between peoples with all the tools and potential that are ours, including the permanent treasure of values and ideals that have gone into the making of Arab civilization. Art stands out as the foundation and articulation of these values that we hold so dear. We would like people everywhere to know our country, our love, our integrity, and our interests all of these the proud heritage of the region of the world that is the oldest continuously inhabited region of the world, the birthplace of civilization the East. We hope to bring the East to the West, to let them meet and share heritages. |
