East Coast Bass Anglers is a non-federated bass fishing club from Massachusetts. The club was formed in 1994 by a bunch of diehard fishermen who love the sport and who were fed up with the federation. Many of the original members are still with the club. We often take some vacations at a lake in New Hampshire for some smallmouth action. Some of our members travel great distances in search of a trophy lunker. Some places visited are Lake Fork, Texas, Lake Okeechobee, Florida, and Lake Guerriero, Mexico.
We fish six tournaments per year plus one blind tournament for "big fish", winner takes all.
Our club is known to teach new members skills in bass fishing with various lures and also to have a lot of fun.
Currently we have sixteen members, eleven being boaters!!! Our dues are $60.00 per year. Tournament fees are $20.00. Prizes awarded to first, second, and third as well as lunker fish. Plaques and cash prizes awarded. Points are awarded each tournament toward the end of year prizes at our annual banquet. |
