IV. MEMBERSHIP
D. Membership initiation is $125.00. Annual dues are $125.00, due January 1 and delinquent on February 1, of each year. (Said change to be effective January 1, 2007).
E. An Annual Election Meeing shall be held in conjuntion with the October Tournament Captain's meeting, such date as stated in the Calendar of Events for each year.
VIII. PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING GROUND RULES AND/OR TOURNAMENT RULES: Any proposed changes to the Ground Rules and/or Tournament Rules must be submitted to the Board of Directors on or before November 30. The Membership shall receive a written notice no later than December 30 advising them of the proposed new rule(s) which shall be voted on at the Annual Membership Meeting held in April of each year. If passed the Membership shall received updated Ground Rules and/or Tournament Rules by the 1st of May of said year. (The above would replace the existing Rule VIII).
