SAMLESBURY HALL - Lancashire
Interior view of ancestral manor at Samlesbury, located between Preston and Blackburn.
Sir Gilbert de Southworth, Lord of Southworth and Croft in the parish of Winwick, rebuilt a portion of the house in the 1320's following his marriage to the daughter and heiress of Nicholas D'Evyas, Lord of Samlesbury.

Report
We arrived at Salmesbury Hall at 6.30 and had a walk round the outside of the building.

After that we found out about the history of the place and checked out all the rooms.
We learned of murder and suicides that had taken place there.

On visiting the Priests Room we both felt very uneasy there with Sally feeling very dizzy and Ian feeling dizzy and nauseous. This was not helped by the unevenness of the flooring.  A priest had been murdered in this small room and the atmosphere was very intense.

Next, we did some EVP recordings and the name Sidney appeared on the tape very clearly. This was a brand new tape and wasnt tampered with in any way.

After a spot of meditation we embarked on some red light work and watching the face changing into different images. Although we are still undecided about this.

Next after a break we checked out all the rooms again by red torchlight and also captured a lot of orbs on film, especially in the priests room. However the most orb activity was caught outside looking up to the Priest room.

We then embarked on a sance at midnight, but not a lot seemed to become apparent to us at this time.

At 1am a final tour of the rooms again with more orb activity being captured, some clearly had faces in them when you magnified them.

At 1.45am we left for our hotel and a welcome rest before the long drive home the next day.
this surprised us when we captured the bat on camera
the orb on the centre beam - appeared to have a face when magnified
the sky was a mass or orbs
