Installing Plastic Lumber Bleacher Seating

Because of significant thermal expansion of Plastic Lumber, from cold to hot weather, the following bolted assemblies, thru-holes, and end-to-end butt gaps are recommended for 2x6, 2x8, 2x10, or 2x12 Plastic Lumber seating on benches, tables, and bleachers.

Use only "Stainless Steel" lag bolts, truss bolts, washers and nuts.

Install SS flat washers on top of board, under bolt heads.

Drill thru-hole diameter size per Plastic Lumber span as noted.

Install nyloc-nuts with flat washer on bolt, "snug tight".
