This level is just a big maze where you've got to be careful how many boulders you drop and where you drop them to avoid blocking off any of the paths. Time is tight on this one, so the three jelly beans are important.
The extra life can be picked up fairly early on in this level, which is a bonus because you should in theory get infinite tries if you can do the first bit every time. This level is just a lot of mini puzzles really, and you have to do things that don't have any immediate effect but will benefit later on.
