This was another one that I had trouble with for a while, it's very important to do the right things while gravity is reversed because you only get one chance (the other gravity is just to move the boulder in front of the door). The slime has to be removed by getting rid of the earth above the boulder that's sitting on the slime remover, allowing the boulder to rise and then fall again.
Be sure to get rid of all but one of the fires on the bottom (there's just one to begin with but two more join from above), so as not to block your path. Don't hang around too much, time isn't such a great problem but they jelly beans are necessary.
