Earth-In-A-Can Album: Australia Austria
Austria is not Australia. Austria is a country in Europe where they speak german. Australia is a country in the middle of nowhere that would have been speaking german if the Allies had lost WWII. Obviously they didn't, or I'd have been arrested for using the forbidden language.
Austria is nice, however. The air is clean, the landscape is beautiful, and I found it just plain relaxing to be here. It was back in 2000 that I passed through here on a Contiki tour, and I'll have fond memories of the place for a long time to come. As my Schnapps Museum T-Shirt says, 'They told me I had a good time.'
