| Ears Open is a new forum, inspired by Jean Sibelius and Jane Jacobs, established by residents of the Annex neighbourhood in Toronto. Its purpose is to further critical, analytical and imaginative public policy debate and conciliatory advocacy on quality of life issues in the Annex and the City of Toronto. Our motto, "audi alteram partem," means "listen to the other side." |
