           3.     You and KING K.G.N. are independent and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Earncash5 You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of KING K.G.N. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using our schemes.
          4.KING K.G.N. will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement . Furthermore, KING K.G.N. aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
         5. KING K.G.N. will not be responsible for the amount of earning between agreement of earning websites and you. By signing up or regestering in any website ; you abide by their terms and conditions.
         6. KING K.G.N. will provide you basic guidence and we can stop mailing you any time .
         7. All the money we charge is ONLY consultation fee and nothing more .We reserve right to decrease or Increase this fee in near future .
         8 . If you fail to come-up with terms of websites we provide you , we shall not be liable .
         9. The schemes we provide you are actually to save your time and energy from finding and experimenting earning websites , we charge only for Consultancy and Lists .No mailing will be entertained if some one writes us Gibrish or the things which violate our Terms .
         10. Any legal claim on KING K.G.N.besides these terms and conditions will subjested only to web-site owners nearest court .
          11. Money you send us is Non-refundabe in anycase and no correspondence regarding refund will not be entertained .
