Rupert Graves - another talented British actor. Kaori Yuki said that it was Rupert Graves from 'Maurice' who gave her a spellbound impression. And so, when she drew 'Earl Cain', she based on Rupert Graves' fined face as Cain's. Do you think Cain looks like Rupert?!

'Maurice'- one of the classic pieces by the famous writer E.M. Foster (Foster's novels are mainly about the upper classes in Victorian times; some works also involve homosexuality) his other famous works include 'A Room With a View' .'A Passage to India', 'Where Angle Fears To Threat ). In fact, nearly all works by E.M. Foster have been made into movie. And most of them are played by Hugh Grant, Rupert Graves and Helena Boham Carter (she is beautiful ! ). Look! This is the poster of 'Maurice'! Don't tell me you are clueless about the man in this poster! Yes! He is Hugh Grant! Why there is no Rupert Graves in the poster?! Because it was Grant who played the leading role. And, he is more famous than Rupert Graves . . .
Here is the brief summary of 'Maurice':
Maurice Hall, a student at Cambridge University, discovers that Clive Durham, a very good-looking classmate of his, has fallen in love with him. However, Maurice does not reciprocate, intimidated by England's intolerance of homosexuality. Maurice eventually comes to terms with and accepts his sexual preference, but in the meantime Clive has gotten married.

De facto, when I was young, I also mixed up a few beautiful, well-fined British actors like Rupert Everett (when I was a kid, I really like him!!!) , Rupert Graves, Hugh Grant (he is cool too!!! Esp. in the 80's and early 90's), Julian Sands (I admire him!!), etc. Maybe it's because I adored American films more?! Which British actors you like?! By the by, do you like Jude? He played Lord Alfred Dogulas (Bosie) from the film 'Oscar. Jude Law really looks like the real Bosie!!

           I don't know if Ms. Kaori Yuki knew Lord Alfred Douglas. To me, I think Lord Alfred Doguals or Bosie (as he was always known), is the most look alike figure of Cain!! Who Bosie is?! Well, if you are fond of English literature, I'm sure you know who he is. Or, at least you probably have known Bosie closed friend - Oscar Wilde, right?!

 Lord Alfred Dogulas, 22nd October 1870 - 20th Mach, 1945,  an English nobleman famed as the most beautiful undergraduate in Oxford of his day. To a certain degree, I think his noble status and dandified look entangled his career >_< . .. Bosie is one of the most notorious figures in English literature history. His deep and enduring friendship with Oscar Wilde (the Greatest stories, plays and poets writer) made Wilde into the road of no return and in prisonment.
