1.1 Online consultations
EAO will use Information Technology to fix appointments of patients with Doctors. Telephone, the most important element of IT has become very popular and widely used means of communication, and nowadays it is available even in the remote places. EAO plans to fix appointment of patients with doctors with the help of telephone. Instead of visiting the doctor in person patients just have to make a phone call from nearest EAO authorized PCO to the EAO Call Center, which will confirm the appointment.

1.2 Make IT an eternal interface between a doctor and a patient..
As everybody believes the better informed you are the most likely you succeed in the venture. We strongly believe that IT will be the eternal bridge between doctor and a patient. IT has undoubtly changed our life style. IT no longer remains choice it has just became the need of today. It would be far better for patients to know about the doctors and to fix an appointment prior to actual date of appointment while just staying in his hometown. Similarly doctors will get the better chance to serve people and get benefited.

1.3 Maintain and Upload the clinical status..
EAO would be maintaining the database of all the eminent doctors of the valley and would be uploading their clinical status on Internet monthly. This will make the whole world to know about them and to take benefit of their knowledge and experience.

1.4 Provide Medical Awareness..
EAO has a medical awareness wing, which will conduct seminars regarding health awareness programmes so as to educate people about care, vaccination, and precautionary measures against some common diseases.

1.5 Protect health rights of patients..
EAO in spite of its roots in IT has also its strong legal wing which will spread the awareness of health rights of patients so as to make them invulnerable against any attack on their health rights.

1.6 Extirpation of Information Seeking Queues..
This is the main aim and perhaps the mostly cherished dream of EAO. EAO is committed to remove any queue existing just for seeking information by using information technology, a rock solid base. EAO will use the then best technology and will not leave any stone unturned to extinct the information seeking queues.

1.7 Shelter to quality IT professionals..
EAO will provide a healthy atmosphere for the quality IT professionals to use their knowledge for the betterment of society. EAO will inculcate a sense of self-dependency and self-employment in them. Doors of EAO will remain always open for those IT students or professionals who believe they have something to offer to society.

1.8 Fix the appointment of people with Ministers or higher authorities...
EAO also aims at helping all such people who have to spend their whole day outside government offices just to seek little bit of information. EAO will help people to get their appointment confirmed with ministers and other higher government officials.

1.9 Provide and collect various competitive exam forms
Having deeply felt the difficulties faced by the students, particularly living in rural areas in applying for competitive exam (CET, KAS, IAS, IES, etc) EAO aims at helping them. In this regard EAO will provide and collect the forms from the students living far away from city.

1.10 EAO counseling
The EAO counseling is a moral idea introduced by EAO with the cooperation of those few doctors who are ready to serve without any materialistic gain. In EAO counseling people can directly consult the doctor on telephone regarding their health problems. EAO counseling will be held once a week. For 'EAO counseling' there will be no charge and people can call from anywhere.

Provoking Scenario

Under the prevailing political and economical conditions of the valley, life of common people, especially the lower class of society has become very tough and miserable. "Rich becomes richer and poor becomes poorer", a wise saying, is proving itself in our valley also. The rural areas are still underdeveloped and do not suffice the needs of people where as urban areas are developing at much faster rates, thus increasing the gap between rural and urban areas. Consider a person living in a remote place deprived of the basic facilities. If somebody in his family falls ill, to find a doctor in such places is just like finding a pin in the heap of garbage. Even if he consults a doctor, in most of the cases the patient is referred to city. For him to trace the doctor along with patient is itself a mental agony. Such a hectic exercise not only costs money, energy and time but also increases the mental depression.
Similarly in other such cases where people severely suffer just because of lack of information or awareness, our unit (EAO) stands to extend the helping hand.
"Youths are builders of nation", a universally accepted slogan. Here in our valley youths are subjected to various mental as well as physical agonies. They don't have free air to think positively and they often end up as bigots of time. We wish to provide them a bit of relief by sharing their academic burdens such as getting various competitive exam forms etc.
Long queues are seen outside secretariat and other government offices. People wait for hours till their turn comes to meet the concerned minister or the official. Every body does not get the appointment; some are disappointed as they lose their day. EAO tries to save their time and energy, as it helps them in confirming their appointments.
Turmoil and tyranny had been playing its role in our valley to depress and discourage the people from last two decade. The qualified people don't get jobs easily because of lack of resources and unemployment. Our unit (EAO) encourages such people for self-dependency and self-employment. EAO struggles to develop work culture in valley. EAO just wants to be a ray of hope for all such people in darkness of disappointment, disgust and despair to discover the better tomorrow of our nation.

Challenges and Scope of EAO

EAO is not unaware of the challenges and hardships it has to face in its odyssey to accomplish its goals. Keeping in view the present conditions of our valley and the reputation of most of NGO's who have been working for the human development and rehabilitation, our organization has to go through ordeal to prove its essence and existence. Such organizations have terribly shaken the faith of common people. In such an environment EAO does very well envisage the challenges and hardships as under:

1. To earn the faith of common people and concerned persons or authorities
__ (like doctors, engineers, ministers, CA, PSC etc).
2. To meet the financial requirements of EAO.
3. To implement the latest technologies in IT.
4. To coordinate the various functional units of EAO.
5. To develop the sense of self-employment.
6. To cultivate the roots of work culture.
7. To fulfill genuine demands of people.

To meet all these challenges EAO has sufficient potential to over come the hurdles in its way to success. The scope of EAO is widely spread among all those aspects of life where IT acts as means of comfort. Acting like a bridge, the organization finds itself applicable in making the concerns of the common man easily reachable. EAO doesn't confine itself only to the services to people but also acts as an inevitable source of employment.
