| ZIP CODE |
| When you use a ZIP Code, you invoke Federal Jurisdiction! Use of the ZIP Code is voluntary . See Domestic Mail Services Regulations, Section 122.32. You should also know that the Postal service cannot discriminate against the non-use of the ZIP Code. Postal Reorganization Act. Section 403. (Public Law 91-375). The federal government utilizes the ZIP code to prove that you reside in a, "federal district of the District of Columbia". This is why the IRS and other government agencies (state and federal) require a ZIP Code when they assert jurisdiction by sending you a letter. They claim that this speeds the mail, but this is a sly and subtle TRICK. It is also prima facie evidence that you are a subject of Congress and a "citizen of the District of Columbia " who is "resident" in one of the several States. The use of mail with a ZIP code is one of the requirements for the IRS to have jurisdiction to send you notices. The government cannot bill a Citizen of your State, as he is not within the purview of the MUNICIPAL LAWS of the District of Columbia. In fact, the Internal Revenue Service has adopted the ZIP code areas as Internal Revenue Districts. See the Federal Register, Volume 51, Number 53, Wednesday, March 19,1986. For your own return address, you do NOT want to include a normal Zip Code, because it appears that you accept FEDERAL jurisdiction. Instead, use "New Jersey Republic", or "California Republic." If you really feel you need to include the Zip Code, designate it as: "Postal Zone 55555" or "Postal Code 55555" After the "(your state) Republic." You must remember that the Postal Service is a private corporation, a quasi-governmental agency. It is no longer a full government agency. It is like the Federal Reserve System, The Internal Revenue Service, and the United States Marshall Service. They are all outside the restrictions of the Federal Constitution, as private corporations. They are all powerful in their respective areas of responsibility to enforce collection for the federal debt. So, if you are using a ZIP code, you are in effect saying openly and notoriously that you do not live in your State, but, instead are a resident in the (your state) area of the District of Columbia (a federal district). There are some groups that advocate the use of Title 42 suits (which are for federal citizens only). You can take advantage of the protection provided to you by the Uniform Commercial Code to maintain your sovereign rights, even if you DO have a zip code affixed to your communications. The Uniform Commercial Code recognizes that it is possible for a person to get beaten by the opposition; that it is possible for a person to be commercially coerced into signing a contract that he would not sign if he had true free agency. The UCC provides that if you sign a contract under such adverse conditions, and if you do so "without prejudice" or "under protest," then you preserve all your rights and can get even (i.e. sue to recover those rights) later. Uniform Commercial Code, Section 1-207, says as follows' "Performance or Acceptance Under Reservation of Rights- "A party who with explicit reservation of rights performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as 'without prejudice,' 'under protest' or the like are sufficient. If it is necessary to assert your rights in court, when the point is raised, here is a suggested testimony to offer when explaining what you meant when you claimed "without prejudice" "It indicates 1 have exercised the remedy provided for me in the Uniform Commercial Code by which 1 might reserve the common law right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that 1 have not entered knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally. And furthermore, that notifies all administrative agencies of government that 1 do not accept the liability associated with the compelled benefits of any unrevealed commercial agreement. " You need to understand that the Uniform Commercial Code is Admiralty law which has come on shore. The "without prejudice" clause is the window which enables one to assert his 7th Amendment guarantee of access to the Common Law. Some people are putting the words, "without prejudice UCC 1-207" on everything they sign, above the signature. For example, they are putting it on applications for driver's license, tax returns, voter registration, bank checks --everything. Others are putting "TDC" after their zip code and/or signature. "TDC" means "used under Threat, Duress, and/or Coercion." This attempt by the federal government of using the Zip Code to secretly entrap you within the jurisdiction of the federal district can be halted by the efforts of everyone to return to the status of Primary State Citizens. By becoming a State Citizen and not a citizen of the United States you can get the federal government off your back and out of your billfold. We want the Original Constitution for the United States of America put back in force, as applied against the federal government, and the States restored to their original status as Republics. So, all you have to do is to study and determine your status, whether you are a "slave" and a second class citizen (commonly referred to as a "federal citizen") or a Citizen of your State. |
