| "The Terror Twins" are the ETF's answer to all the Intelligence communities out there. These two men are responsible for all the HumInt that the team recieves after the start of the war in 1998. Even before then, the two men are one of the team's main sources of information on threats cropping up aruond the globe that the other Intell agencies might not have percieved. After fighting their way out of Moscow during the Christmas Day Massacre in 1997, Mayhem and Doughboy became the only trained intelligence operatives in the world. As such, they became even more important to the 137th Wing, and even more hated by General Tran and the members of the Asian Military Coalition. In fact, in the opening of the novel The Elite Eagles, "The Terror Twins" are being chased across Europe by the AMC. The "Twins" are based out of a heavily modified Chevrolet Suburban that they have made into a rolling fortress. This one vehicle has saved their lives more often than any other single factor. |

| Born out of necessity, this team of two has become the best single-mission grouping of any in the Wing. They are also the most solitary, mission wise, and only rely on other parts of the team when they think they need backup. The "Terror Twins" are given a lot of free reign when it comes to the completion of missions, but even they will admit that, at times, the Raptors and the Cavalry have been quite useful at helping them get out of rough scrapes. The Suburban they drive is a one-of-a-kind model that the two men origionally destroyed while attached to the FBI and chasing down a KGB agent in Eastern Germany. After getting the demolished vehicle airlifted home, the two Intell specialists showed the rest of the ETF that they, too, knew how to tinker with modifying vehicles for their specialized tasks. This Suburban, which they call Lil' Abe, was the first vehicle they modified, and still their primary one. |

| The new Suburban that rose from the ashes of the old is a different breed entirely. The body, though looking like a stock truck, is actually a lexon composite that is quite bulletproof, which is layered over a titanium frame. The whole vehicle is painted with a teflon-based paint that helps make cleaning up bullet scoring easier, and helps the vehicle undergo quick paint color changes. The 4WD vehicle rests on special pnuematic shocks and has gel-filled tires to prevent explosions and deflation due to frag and bullet holes. The exterior is changed to fit the current style of Suburbans on the road, and the engine is upgraded whenever the "Twins" feel the need for more power. And then there's the cargo area. In the back of the big black beast lies the complete arsenal for the team, consisting of, among other things, ammunition drums for all their pistols and heavier weapons, those selfsame weapons, and whatever other gear the two men feel they might need for a given mission. Arsenal of Terror In the Suburban's cargo area, the Terror Twins store all their hardware. What exactly they carry on each mission is classified, but below are a sampling of weapons one might find inside the cargo areas of L'il Abe or Chameleon, as their vehicles are known. |

| General Electric Handheld 20mm Gatling. This weapon is referred to as a "BigOuchmaker" by the Twins, and is among the more exotic of handheld weapons to have appeared with the them. If you think you've seen this weapon before, you have. Arnold Schwartzenegger used it in "Terminator 2: Judgement Day", and, perhaps more pertinently, Mayhem uses it as a giant flyswatter against a Chinese Z-9 Haitun while in Bejing. It has been deployed only that time, to our knowledge. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| M249 SAW (Squad Assault Weapon). The M-249 SAW is a lightweight, gas-operated, magazine or belt-fed, portable machinegun. It fires high volumes of 5.56mm rounds effectively to support operations. The Terror Twins usually have at least two M249s in the rear-seat well holsters on Lil' Abe. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| MG63A Stoner "Commando". The Stoner shown here is known as the Commando, and was designed for the U.S. Navy SEALs. It carries a standard 150 round feed drum under the weapon's centerline, and fires it's 5.56mm rounds at the rate of 700-1000 per minute. Mayhem and DoughBoy usually have at least one onboard as a holdout. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Heckler and Koch MP5. The H&K MP5 is a submachine gun that is favored by the SEALs. It is lightweight, air-cooled, magazine-fed, and fires a variety of different pistol cartridges, such as the 9x19mm Luger, .40 Smith and Wesson, and 10mm Auto. This weapon is a select-fire weapon and ca fire in semi-automatic, 2 and 3 round bursts, and sustained fire. This weapon is a standard for both of the Terror Twins, as neither is ever very far from one of these Heckler and Koch masterpieces. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
