Question:  Is my name put on  the website?

Answer: Yes (in the by who section of the page)

Question: Is my e-mail adress used on the website

Awnswer: No But it will be put into A database on my pc so i can keep a record of who sent in what and also if i need to contact you. It will be kept private and no one else will know what is in that 'Sent in database except me.
