Breeding Contract
When Breeding to any Eaglehill Stud or mare, this means you agree to the following: Eaglehill always requires that all horses bred from us we get buybacks . A completed page URL is requiered within 7 days of the sale being approved. If you know your unable to complete a page within 7 days dont breed to an Eaglehill Stallion. If the URL is changed or the horse moved, I must be informed and recieve the new URL. Horses must be kept active. Ageing-restrictions apply unless both perents are deceased. You can not put a horse bred my either one of my stallions or mares under your own contract.
Sale Contract
When you purchase a horse from eaglehill farms this means you agree to the and following: Eaglehill requires that all horses sold have buybacks upon them, this applys for both our homebred and every other horse we sell. A completed page URL is requiered within 7 days of the sale being approved. If you know your unable to complete a page within 7 days dont buy the horse. If the URL is changed or the horse moved, I must be informed and recieve the new URL. Horses must be kept active. Ageing-restrictions apply only to homebreds bred from our mares unless both perents are deceased, other horses feel free to age them whever you wish. You can not put a brought from me under your own contract(this does not aplly to horses that dont have buybacks.
