My name is Peggy. I am 53 years old. I believe in God and my Country. Believe in those who serve and protect.
It was once said to me, by a friend, "We know you are a strong supporter of ours."
Well, I don't know how strong I am, but I do support our Fire Fighters, EMS and Police Officers, with all that I have within me. They are in my heart forever and I wear my heart on my sleeve when it comes to all of them.
Say something mean or degrading about them and I'll respond with a few words of my own.
They are out there laying their lives down on the line for us, 24/7. They don't deserve mean or degrading things said about them. They deserve a round of applause and a big THANK YOU, for who else would take on a dangerous job like this and risk their lives to save others.
They are wonderful, beautiful, ANGELS OF MERCY, GODS GIFT TO US. God bless them all. They deserve our support and they deserve our prayers.

Tragedy is no stranger to me. I've had a few tragic moments in my life.
Each step of the way a trial I faced and by the grace of God
I came through the fire and floods with no regrets.
A few tears I have cried here and there.
New friends I have made and lessons I have learned.
Renewal of faith, hope and peace
Came to me and gave me strength.
My prayer is this, that no matter what life brings to you
That God will do the same for all of you.
