How To: A We-G Session |

Suggestions for working with the We-G Board: A session is done with one or two persons working with the board, preferably male and female because of the energy charge. Other people may be in the room and may be allowed to ask questions, but I would not recommend this until you are familiar with working with the board. Again I mention, do some cleansing and meditation to help set the mood of the session. Remember to be respectful of the spirits that come through. Plan to devote at least 1/2 hour to the session. Place the board on a table or on your lap or both partners laps. Place fingers lightly on the planchette. the index and middle finger of one hand each with two people, or both hands when working alone. Perhaps say hello to be polite and mention if you have specific quistions you will be asking so you draw the right spirit to help you. Wait after asking your first question or slowly move the board in figure eights aroung the board. Sometimes it takes practice to develop the gift of using a talking board. Be patient, and if you are having real difficulty, try to find someone with psychic experience, particularly using the Psychic-Spirit Communicator to share a few sessions with you. Be sure and thank the spirits for attending your session at the end and perhaps offer a prayer of thanksgiving.

Psychic Cleansing |

We use White Mountain sage from the American West to smudge our board. This is a traditional Native American cleansing herb, the Native Americans from the Eatern Area of the USA used dried Cedar. People also use various incense for this purpose. I ask my spirit guide to bless the session, being in a positive frame of mind and taking some time to meditate and ask for spirits of pure hearts to communicate will help. If you find your energy is deing drained or are getting negative readings, stop the session and cleanse the board and put it away for another time when things are more favorable. |
