We need to have new parents coming to our meetings. The current group of parents will be leaving this year, as their students are graduating. We will be voting the new officers in before the school year is over with. You must attend several meetings before you can be elected an officer.

The High School Bands need a parent to coordinate the care of our uniforms. We have marching band uniforms and concert uniforms that need to be taken care of every year. This person would need to take care of passing out and collecting uniforms to each student. Uniform accessories are typically passed out and picked back up for every performance. This person would also be in charge of making sure there is a uniform inspection for all performances (of the students in the uniforms) and keeping the students reminded of wearing clean uniforms!
We need a parent, or several parents maybe, to coordinate social activities for the band students and parents. This is a vital part of our program. Relationships built during these get together are ones that last for many years. Activities like refreshments after concerts, bonfires, seasonal parties and any thing else that can be arranged.
