The two L'Europe albums I found are from February 1936 and February 1937. I don't know when Pupier started to publish the L'Europe albums but I think they stopped when they introduced the l'Asie albums., These albums give a very good image into the view the French wanted their children to see the world and in this case, Europe..
In this leaflet, Pupier is telling the 'Schoolboys and Schoolgirls of France' that Pupier is happy to have recieved so many complete Europe-albums and that in april 1936 they will introduce a new album! L'Asie
With the same posibilities to exchange images and more presents to be collected. But there is the possibility to change 'l'Asie' pictures for 'l'Europe' and the other way around, to make your album complete.

I guess I am a bit late to accept that offer now...
Example pages
To make my second album complete, I am still seaching for a few cards.
The L'Europe Album did not number it's cards. That makes it bit more difficult to put down what you miss, but I will make it clear with pagenumbers and the names of the cards.
