OBJECT:       To be the last remaining person in the pool.  The survivor

 

RULES:          Each week you must pick one (1) NFL team.  That team must win that

 

Week in order for you to survive and move on to the next week. Once you

 

Use a team you can not use that team again.  The pool continues until the

 

End of the season or until only one person remains.  If more than one

 

Person survives the season they will split the pot. Failure to pick a team by

 

 Noon on Sunday a team will be picked for you, the team with the worst

 

 Record from last years final standings, that you have not yet used.

                                                                                                             

 

COST:            One time fee – 20 points

 

HOW TO

ENTER:         Return this form by Friday  September 11th, 2009 with your 20 points

 

Your Pick for Week 1.  Weekly picks thereafter can either be in person or

 

By E-Mail no later than Noon on Sunday.  You may pick teams playing in

 

Thursday and Saturday games if picks are in one (1) hour prior to the
