| HEAVENLY DRINK 2 liter 7-up 6oz. frozen oragne juice 46 oz. can pineapple juice simple syrup (one part water two parts sugar) Mix 7-up and juices together. Add simple syrup to taste. Serve over ice. Can be frozen for slushies. |

| PEACH GOBBLE 16 oz. peach nectar 2 liters Sprite 16 oz canned (or frozen) peaches aFreeze peaches and their juice in ice cube trays. Combine peach nectar with Sprite and frozen peach cubes |
| LEMONADE 1 c. sugar 1c. lemon juice 1 c. water 21/2 quarts water grated rind of 1 lemon Boil 1 cup of water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice rind and water. |
| SOLAR TEA 1 large jar with tight lid cold tap water 2 tea bags per quart of water 1 orange unpeeled cut into small pieces 1/2 lemon unpeeled, cut into small pieces Fill jar with water. Add orange and lemo pieces and tea bags. Place in full sun. Jar must be located in the sun's direct light. Takes about 2 hours. |
| SUNSET SODAS 1 enevelop unsweetened drink mix and flavor 1 bottle (28 fl. oz.) club soda, chilled 1 c. sugar 1c. cold water 1 pint vanilla ice cream or fruit-flavored sherbet Dissolve soft drink mix and sugar in water. Stir in soda. Place a small scoop of ice cream in each tall glass. Stir in soda mixture; top with a second small scoop of ice cream. Makes about 2 qtr. |
| INSTANT SPICED HOT TEA 1 c. instant tea 1 c. tang mix 1/2 c. sugar 1c lemonade mix Mix all ingrededients together. Add 2 t. of mix to 8oz of hot water. |
| HOT COCOA MIX 1 box (8qt.) dry milk 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1 t. salt 16oz creamer 16oz instant chocolate mix Mix together and place in a sealed container that prevents moisture. Use 1/4 c. mixture to 1 c. boiling water. Makes 50 8-oz servings. |
| EYE OPENER 1 orange 1 sucker or peppermint stick Cut top off of orange and insert either sucker or stick in center. |
| TRAIL SOUP MIX 1/4 c. beef, chicken, or veggie bouillion mix or powder 2 t. dried parsley 1 1/3 c. dried carrot & celery slices 1/4 c. dried onion flakes. Combine ingredients. To serve 4 boil 4 cups of water. Add 3/4 c. soup mix. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Mix serves 16. Variations: To basic mix Add: Instant rice spaghetti, noodles, macaroni cheese cubes spice mix dried green pepper, potato flakes, tomoato slices. |
| MULLED CIDER 32oz apple juice or cider 8 whole cloves 1 TB. butter 6 whole allspice 2 sticks cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar Combine all ingredents, cover and heat for 20 minutes or longer so that spice can "mull". |
