ON THE
COALS
FAJITAS IN FOIL
2lbs. chicken or beef stripes
2 onions  2 peppers  3 tomatoes
8 oz sour cream 1/2 head lettuce
seasonings to taste
aluminum foil    16 tortillas  8 oz salsa
8 oz guacamole

Place meat in heavy foil. Sprinkle with seasonings, onions, peppers, tomatoes. Wrap tightly and place on coals. Cook 20 min. on each side. remove and put into tortillas. top with lettuce sour cream sasa or guacamole.
PIZZA BURGERS.
Hamburger buns      spagetti sauce
canned meat mashed   grated mozarella cheese
heavy duty foil

mix meat and cheese with sause to moisten. spread on 1/2 of bun. wrap in the foil and place on coals. bake until cheese is melted.
FOIL DINNER
1/4LB hamburger     onion chopped
carrot sliced           potatoe sliced
foil

Form hambuger into small meatballs making sure it is small so they cook even. Place onto foil top with onion, carrots, and potatoes. sprinkle with water and seal. cook for about 20 minutes. turning occasionally.
BARNYARD ROLS
2lbs. ground meat     16 slices ham
1 bell pepper   1 onion
16 slices of cheese

Brown meat, onions, pepper and any other seasonings you might like. Sprinkle  meat on slice of ham. Put thin sliced cheese on the meat and rols. Place in aluminum foil and reheat on coals or grill long enough for cheese to melt.
HAWAIIAN-A-GO-GO SANDWICHES
for indivial servings
1 slice canned meat    1slice cheese
1 slice pinapple    1 hamburger bun
heavy-duty foil

drain pinapple. Layer all ingredients in bun and wrap in foil. Place on coals until cheese melts.
Can be with tuna or other meats that you like.
HAM AND RICE
Ham cut into bite size pieces
1/2 c instant rice with 1/2c water per person
1 can green beans     1 pat of butter
1 small can of pineapple
1 TBS. brown sugar per person

mix all together and divide into 4 to 6 servings. Wrap each individually in foil and cook for 20 minutes.
BAKED POTATOES
potatoes    butter
foil

Pierce a washed potato with a fork. Rub potato with butter and wrap in foil. Place in coals for 45-60minutes. turn every 10 minutes.
TASTY TATERS
SERVES 12
12 med. potatoes sliced    1 onion sliced
butter      salt and pepper
heavy duty foil

layer potatoes, butter, then onion slices on double layered foil. Seal foil using drugstor fold and place in coals. Bake for 30 minutes. Bacon and other canned meat can be used.
WRAPPED KILBASE
Makes 4 servings
1lb. kilbase (light is best-- less fat)
2c. biscuit mix plus enough to make batter stiff if needed.
2/3 TBS. water       cheese to taste

Mix together 2 c of biscuit mix and water. Add either water or more mix to form a stiff dough. Divide Kilbase into 4 equal sections and make a cut almost through the length of section and add cheese. Divide dough into 4 sections. Flatten the dough and wrap aroung sausauge.
Stack 2  12inch sections of foil and spray top with cooking spray. Then carefully wrap the package loosely around the food and cook over coals for 20-25min. turning every 5 minutes.
