Exhuast bolts to a normal 1 3/8" header (Bugpack). Exhuast runs through one muffler, sitting next to the passenger side valve cover, then crosses over to a second muffler sitting next to the driver side valve cover. After that, the exhust dumps out under the rear bumper.
The exhaust is EXTREMELY quiet. There is virtually no exhaust tone at all. The noisiest part of the engine running is hearing the doghouse fan and some valve train noise. Running dual Kadrons, you can also hear the throatiness of the carbs. Provides exellent ground clearance, for all your off road camping needs, as you can see here: "offroad". The exhaust never touched the ground the whole time. :-) |
