Ron Vandervort's RV6

Here are some pictures of Ron's RV6 while under construction. Currently it has been finished and we will get some pictures soon of the finished product.

Below you can see the engine installation of his 180HP Lyc and CS Prop.

Right is the bulkheads behind the seat and stringers firming up the fuselage sides.

Below is the electric flap motor installation. It drives the handle much the same as the manual setup would.

Earily stages of dash installation and wiring. Ron build a very neat removable sub-panel to install his main flight instruments on. You also can see the removable sub-panel for the engine gauges below.
You can see the drop down fuse panel on the right that allows easy access to the panel while still getting it out of the way.
This view is looking down through the instrument panel to the rudder pedals.
Here is the rear turtledeck waiting for the finishing touches to be done.
We finish up with the tailcone area, the Wing tank in the lower left with spar carry through and the finished wing below. Notice the plastic protective covering has only been removed where the rivets are driven to protect the rest of the aluminum from other damage during construction.
