| Another thriller from director Michael Mann. Collateral just gets better and better as it goes along, leading up to a tense climax. Tom Cruise is excellent in playing the bad guy. Professional, and maybe a little bit psychotic, he has a cab driver, played by Jamie Foxx, drive him around L.A. in one night so he can make his kills. The back and forth between Cruise and Foxx makes for riveting character development. By the end of the movie, you know these guys. The action scenes are fast paced and intense. I loved this movie. It's a psychological thriller with just enough action to keep the movie cruising (no pun intended). Collateral comes out on DVD December 14. I highly recommend checking it out. | ||||||
