I first met Brad when we were both junior high students at St. Joseph Catholic High School in Grande Prairie, AB, Canada. I didnt know Brad too well back then being that he came from Kateri, one of the other junior highs around town. I knew Chris and Pat from being in Band with them. I didnt have any classes with them being that I was in one of five grade nine classes that were at St. Joes. I didnt get to know Brad until about Grade 11 when I started working in the library. This is how the story of lint fuzz came to be. He always had overdue library fines and the stupid computer wouldnt let me sign out his book until he paid them. So I sent him on a scavenger hunt for money and he came back with a few pennies and lots of lint fuzz. I took the pennies but told him lint fuzz doesnt count and he kinda gave me this puppy dog face and begged me to forgive the rest of the fines because thats all everyone had on them.

Brad has given me a hard time once. I was helping out a teacher in finding some book or binder of  educational tools.  I found three copies of it in the catalogue but when I went to get it, it wasnt the right one. Mrs. D, the high school librarian later found the right one on the wrong shelf and told me that I sent the teacher on a goose chase and jokingly said I was fired. Brad was in the library with his girlfriend and eavesdropping on our conversation and said nice going. He then piped up that he would take my job and Mrs. D replied not for the amount of money I was getting to do the job. (basically it was volunteer work) He has gone on the occasional raid of the librarys staff chocolate stash just because he found out where it was and I was way too nice to him to stop him, not that I could because I am a fairly small person and he is pretty big.

I could go on and on about Brad with all the blackmail I have but since I might need it for future use (hehehe, Chipmunks and Chipmunks Jr. anyone???) Ill just save it for a rainy day. Brad is a total sweetheart and the perfect gentleman. He will go out of his way to help someone and thats what makes him our Teddymunk.
